Lissette, LMT graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and had been practicing massage therapy since 1994. Her knowledge of anatomy combined with her friendly style and communication skills, results in her clients feeling completely relaxed and truly able to experience relief from life’s aches & pains. Lissette specializes in lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, swedish/relaxing massage, hot stones, and cupping. She has taken continuing education courses in Shiatsu and Thai Massage, which emphasize stretching and range of motion.
